We have a goal of making a record. Covid stopped the process in 2020, but we have rekindled our older songs, and are now working on new material.
- Do a jam on instruments you have at home. Or ones you've made. Or, random objects.
- Tell us what you are doing. Use voice memos on a device (or any audio app), GarageBand, an audio app on a device, or something like Audacity.
- Create a GarageBand song. Keep it under 2 minutes. Make those minutes count.
Record
One option for recording your parts is to use voice memos on a device. Or use Garageband on an iPad. Another is to download a program like Audacity undefinedand connect a microphone to your computer. And, finally, we can wait until the end of the year or even summer to get your voices onto the record. For whatever method you may choose (at home), it's important to use headphones to listen to the track, and have your voice or music alone (without us hearing the audio track that I've provided).
